Academic Advising Services
The College of Art and Design Student Services office is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., and is located on the first floor of Frank E. Gannett Hall adjacent to the RSC Desk and the MircoMart.
To comply with physical distancing protocols and remote staffing requirements, all academic advising services (individual appointments, walk-in hours, and form submissions) are being conducted remotely via phone, email, and/or Zoom meetings.
In addition to scheduled one-on-one appointments, Academic Advisors will be available each week for virtual walk-ins as listed in Starfish. Virtual walk-in hours are for urgent concerns, or to answer a truly quick question or two. We ask that all other advising needs (including year-level advising) be addressed in prescheduled one-on-one advising appointments.
Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students can access academic advisor contact information, up-to-date appointment availability and zoom links via the Starfish system by clicking on the Starfish icon in SIS or myCourses.

Graduate students can access academic advisor contact information, up-to-date appointment availability and zoom links via the Starfish system by clicking on the Starfish icon in SIS or can contact their advisor, Associate Director Kristie Gross, by email to request an appointment: Kristie.Gross@rit.edu (please include your full name, UID # and major in your email).
